notes:
My MiniDisc ate my soundboard recording. Luckily, it got full
before the last twenty minutes or so -- and that's what left
of the soundboard recording. Thanks to Dave for his superb
audience recording, which I have EQ'd and released here. It's
noticably different from the Archive.org version as per my
EQ job. Mostly just the volume was brought up, but IIRC, I
did perform a light EQ on it.

Note that do to some unknown recording error, there is an
ever-so-light clicking sound throughout that is usually only
audible during quiet parts and in between songs.
